  Anchor Baptist Church is independent in organisation, self-governing, with a solid foundation in doctrine, and evangelistic in purpose. Although our view of baptism is what has given us our name, it is not the only thing important to us. We believe that the Bible is God's preserved message to mankind in which He reveals who He is, declares unto us man's greatest need and is the final, absolute authority in matters of faith and practice (II Timothy 3:16 ).
